Include a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet. So, now you know how to eat and still lose weight.
Reward your cravings once in a while. You can have a slice of cake, slice of pizza, an ice cream, chocolates but before you do that, drink at least 2 glasses of water and munch on veggies and salads such as cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes and carrots; doing these will make u fill full to feed your temptations. Giving in to your temptation in the right manner is another way how to eat and still losing weight.
Eat in a Proper Manner. Practice a good eating habit by using the table utensils while eating at the table. Never eat with your hands because you may not notice that you are taking in more food. Obesity is defined as a condition of being significantly overweight. If a person is unnaturally 20% bigger than he/she is supposed to be, they are called obese. A person has to exceed being overweight to become obese.

An obese teen can have depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and distorted body image that may affect the quality of how he/she lives. This leads to suicide, drinking, and drugs.
Health problems:
In the later years, the body will have high blood pressure, high cholesterol; type two diabetes, and dangers of cancers.

Change your lifestyle slowly
The very first thing that needs to be done is really start with the lifestyle you have right now. To succeed in losing weight, know where you are right now. Know the things you need to do and the things you need to stop doing. Learn how to control yourself. If you can consume 7-9 meals a day start by deducting one meal each day. You need more discipline now than ever before. Dieting is just one of the many ways to help weight loss but maintaining weight loss, needs gradual change of the lifestyle you have right now. If you have been a coach potato, you will need to get a little more active. You just must get active and change you eating habits.
Do not misinterpret the word diet
When you say diet, there are negative connotations such as starvation and deprivation. And this is not very attractive. Diet for a fact cannot even sustain the long term weight loss. It would be a lot better if you just stop dieting and just eat as much as you want fresh, whole foods like fruits vegetables and fiber rich foods.
The problem with maintaining weight loss when you are on a diet is that it can’t teach you what to do after you&#8217;ve achieve the weight you have desired.
I have also noticed that most people who are on an extreme weight loss diet gain as much as twice as they lost. This is what I am trying to point out; diets don’t lasts and won’t teach you how to sustain weight loss.
Exercise and be active
You should know that exercise is one healthy step to live a healthy life. For every calorie you take, you should have an equivalent exercise. If you do not use or burn the calorie you take for sure you will stock it all in your belly. You should at least have a 30 minute exercise each day. This will help you sustain weight loss aside from that, you will notice each day how healthier you will feel.
Join support group
Sometimes it is very difficult to be alone no matter how you keep yourself motivated and determined. Being in a group with the same goal makes each daily task easier, so in order for you to maintain weight loss, you may join a group.
Stock Healthy foods in the fridge
There are certain kinds of foods that should be found in your fridge and it should all be healthy snacks. Your fridge should contain mainly of fruits, you can choose from the variety of fruits and salads as well are good snacks. Sometimes the idea of exercise in losing weight is just not that great. For those who are even lazy to walk up the stairs, this could mean a hard work and it can get boring over time. If you do not have a motivation it can be difficult. That is why the best exercise to lose weight is the exercise you enjoy doing, or you can make your hobby your daily exercise.
Well to be honest, motivation, desire and mindset has everything to do with weight loss and weight gain. If you have the motivation to lose weight, and the desire to achieve it plus the proper mindset, definitely you will get to your goal.
I’ve have longed so much to lose weight and tried all the diets but failed. I tried enrolling in a gym and eventually get tired of going there. Until I manage to find something that I would enjoy doing. I found out that jogging was perfect for me and biking as well. In fact my husband bought two bicycles for both of us. Instead of riding our car to buy something, my husband and I just jump on bikes and we enjoyed it very much.
If we don’t feel like biking we play the jumping rope. We take turns and we make a bet. In that way we enjoy while motivating ourselves. We take it not too seriously; we take it like game little children enjoy playing. Jumping, or skipping, rope is associated with younger kids on the playground, but this is one good and quick exercise that will really give best results. Starting with this simple, easy, and inexpensive workout you can be on your way to a more healthy body, and a longer healthier life! Jumping rope increases agility, rhythm, endurance and coordination, it also helps burn well over 500 calories per hour!
This is a fun and healthy family exercise! So if someone asks what is the best exercise to lose weight? I would say the best exercise to lose weight is the activity that I really enjoy and love doing.
Another exercise that I do when I don’t feel doing the jumping rope is the hula hoop. This is also one exercise I do to make my weight loss more fun and exciting. It will work so much with your body especially the mid section. It can help tone the muscle in those really difficult areas such as the belly, inner thighs, the backs of your thighs and you booty.
You can actually beat weight loss by doing simple yet fun exercise you will enjoy doing. This is one way to keep you motivated and not bored.
